Walkthrough Terms & Conditions
By requesting a walkthrough, you agree to the terms below.
The walkthrough allows Halcon Restoration to document site conditions, discuss goals, and prepare a written estimate. It is not a code inspection, engineering report, or insurance adjustment.
You confirm lawful access to the property and agree to provide a clear, safe path to areas we need to see. Please secure pets, supervise minors, and remove hazards. Our team may decline or reschedule if conditions are unsafe.
We provide an arrival window (typically 60–90 minutes; workload/weather dependent). You authorize us to contact you by phone, text, or email for scheduling updates.
You may reschedule or cancel up to 4 hours in advance at no charge. Missed appointments, no access, or lockouts may result in a $75 trip fee.
We do not move heavy furniture/appliances, open walls, or perform destructive testing. Identification of hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, mold, lead) requires third-party testing and is outside our scope. If suspected, we may recommend testing before work proceeds.
You consent to non-public photos/videos of relevant areas for estimating, scheduling, and quality control. We avoid capturing faces or personal items where practical. Images are used internally and may appear in your estimate. Marketing use requires separate written permission.
Estimates reflect visible conditions at the time of the walkthrough and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Hidden or changed conditions may require a revised estimate or change order. A project is not scheduled until you accept the written estimate and any required deposit terms.
For occupied units and multi-family properties: We follow community access rules and quiet hours. Property Managers agree to secure resident notices and any required keys/codes.
We document damage and provide repair estimates. We are not public adjusters and do not negotiate insurance claims.
We are not responsible for pre-existing defects or damage. Walkthrough activities are non-invasive; any incidental contact will be minimized and documented.
We handle your contact details and project information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting the form, you consent to receive service-related messages. Standard message/data rates may apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
