These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.halconrestoration.com and any requests for estimates, inspections, or walkthroughs with Halcon Restoration.

1) Website Use

By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2) Requests, Walkthroughs, and Estimates

When you request an estimate, inspection, or walkthrough, you understand and agree that:

  • A walkthrough allows Halcon Restoration to document site conditions, discuss goals, and prepare a written estimate.

  • A walkthrough is not a code inspection, engineering report, or insurance adjustment.

  • Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of the walkthrough or review and may change if hidden or changed conditions are discovered.

3) Property Access and Safety

You confirm lawful access to the property and agree to provide safe, clear access to areas we need to view.

  • Please secure pets, supervise minors, and remove hazards.

  • Our team may decline, pause, or reschedule if conditions are unsafe.

4) Arrival Windows and Communication

We may provide an estimated arrival window (often 60–90 minutes; workload and weather dependent). You authorize us to contact you by phone, text, or email regarding scheduling updates, appointment changes, and service-related messages.

5) Rescheduling and Missed Appointments

You may reschedule or cancel up to 4 hours in advance at no charge.

If an appointment results in no access, lockout, or a no-show, a trip fee may apply. (If you decide you want a specific amount later, we can update this language—keeping it “may apply” is usually best early on.)

6) Limitations of Walkthroughs (Non-Invasive)

Walkthroughs are non-invasive. We do not:

  • Move heavy furniture or appliances

  • Open walls/ceilings

  • Perform destructive testing

Identification of hazardous materials (including asbestos, lead, or mold) requires third-party testing and is outside our scope. If suspected, we may recommend testing before work proceeds.

7) Photos and Documentation

You consent to non-public photos/videos of relevant areas for estimating, documentation, scheduling, and quality control. We avoid capturing faces or personal items where practical. Images may appear in your estimate or project documentation.

Marketing use requires separate written permission.

8) Project Scheduling and Deposits

A project is not scheduled until you accept the written estimate and any required deposit terms are met. Timelines may shift due to weather, material availability, permitting, and other factors outside our control.

9) Insurance Disclaimer

We document damage and provide repair scopes and estimates. We are not public adjusters and do not negotiate insurance claims.

10) Multi-Family / Occupied Units

For occupied units, we follow community access rules and quiet hours when provided. Property Managers agree to secure resident notices and provide required keys/codes or access instructions.

11) Disclaimer of Responsibility for Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing defects or damage. Walkthrough activities are non-invasive; incidental contact will be minimized and documented.

12) SMS Messaging Terms (Carrier Compliance)

By providing your mobile number and opting in (where applicable), you consent to receive SMS messages from Halcon Restoration related to your requests, estimates, scheduling, and service updates.

  • Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel messages at any time.

  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance.

  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies.

  • No purchase required: Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

13) Intellectual Property

All website content (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by Halcon Restoration or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.
